Refund & Cancellation Policy

Completed tasks are non-refundable

Each task consumes computing and AI resources the moment it is processed. For that reason, once a task has been analysed and a Results section has been generated, the payment for that task is non-refundable — including cases where you are dissatisfied with the writing style or the statistical outcome, provided the analysis ran correctly on the data you supplied.

Refund or free re-run on system failure

If a task fails due to a technical error on our side — for example the analysis cannot complete because of a fault in our pipeline — you are entitled to a full refund or a free re-run of that task. Contact us with your task reference and we will resolve it.

Before you pay

Uploading data and receiving a price estimate are free. You only pay once you have reviewed the estimate and chosen to proceed. You may cancel at any point before payment at no charge.

How to request

Email your task reference and a short description to your support contact. Eligible refunds are returned via the original EasyKash payment method.
