What we collect
Your account email; the study protocol and data files you upload; and the outputs generated for you (statistical results and the Results section). Payment is handled by EasyKash — we receive confirmation of payment but do not store your card details.
How we use it
Your inputs are used solely to run your requested analysis and produce your Results section. A summary of your data (column names, types) is sent to our AI provider to propose a statistical plan and write the results; we do not sell your data.
Storage & retention
The data you upload for an analysis and its outputs (Results, documents, figures) are kept only to deliver your task. Their files are deleted automatically 30 days after you accept the results, 30 days after the results were ready if you never accept them, or 30 days after your last activity if the job was left unfinished (90 days for a job you paid for). You can delete any job yourself at any time.
Your projects, idea checks and chapters stay in your account until you delete them — or delete your account, which removes everything, including your projects' shared spaces and files.
Third parties
We use AI model providers to generate plans and text, and XPay to process payments. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address and language to send you new articles and Neura news (about two emails a month). With your consent, we may also use your email to show you relevant Neura ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or Google (for example as a custom audience). Every email has an unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe we stop emailing you and remove you from ad audiences.
Supervisors
Inside a project, you can invite your academic supervisor by email. Only after they accept with that email address can they see that project only — its steps, a timeline of its work (what you started and finished, and when), and its idea-check reports, Results and chapters. They never see your other projects and cannot change anything. You and the project's supervisors can exchange messages, comments and files in the project's shared space; these are visible only to you and them. You can remove a supervisor at any time from the project page, and they immediately lose access.
Your rights
You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time via your support contact.
